He is tall, has an ‘offensive’ face, is cynical and sarcastic, a chain smoker and is careless about his personal hygiene. This doesn’t prevent him and his department from managing to solve several sensitive spy cases.

He is a large man with a high forehead, a broad nose, thick curly hair and thick eyebrows.

She often able to solve the most complicated case just by listening to an account of the events. She occasionally travels at home and abroad.
