  • Maisie Dobbs

    Female

    Young, brave and intelligent private detective who started to work as a domestic when she was only 13 years old. Maisie Dobbs had a benevolent female employer, and got to study nursing and psychology. She fell in love with a doctor who was killed in the First World War, and in 1929 she started her own detective agency. Jacqueline Winspear has written more than a dozen books about her.

  • Zack (Zackarias) Herry

    Male

    A tragic childhood turned 27-year-old ‘Zack’ Herry into a split personality. When he was six years old, his mother was murdered. Now, in the daytime, he is an ambitious police detective in Stockholm, but at night he lives a crazy life with drugs and booze in illegal clubs. He is described as handsome, with blond hair, in good physical condition and the main character in the Hercules series by Mons Kallentoft, Markus Lutteman and Anna Karolina.

    Lacey Flint is a young female detective who works with team members Dana Tulloch and Mark Joesbury. She has a shady past involving a different identity, which is yet to be revealed by the author, Sharon J. Bolton. Flint is a loner with a complex personality. She can at times feel afraid and abandoned at the same time as she is a brave and merciless woman … and she cannot be trusted.

    He was considered to be the world’s leading forensic technician when he was almost totally crippled after his spine was broken in an accident. Lincoln Rhyme, created by author Jeffery Deaver, was contemplating suicide when he was called in to a difficult case – and could solve it. The beautiful policewoman Amelia Sachs serves as his eyes and legs, and their relationship is not just professional.
