  • Arto Söderstedt

    Male

    A Finland-Swedish top lawyer who tired of his job and moved with his family to Sweden where he trained to become a police officer. After a spell in Västerås, Arto Söderstedt was transferred to the Swedish Police Board’s special A-group unit, which Arne Dahl (pseudonym for Jan Arnald) has written about. After the group was split up, he returned in Dahl’s books about the international police force OPCOP.

When Lise Delorme is sent to work in Algonquin Bay in Ontario in Canada, it is not only to work on cases of violent crime, but also – in secret – to investigate a suspected network of bribery in the local police force. Faye Adelheim’s real first name is Matilda, and she has a tragic background which includes an extremely brutal father and dishonest ex-husband, Jack, whom she got condemned for the murder of their child, Julienne – who is still alive.

    Agent 007 James Bond is exceptionally famous for being a secret agent. He works for the British Secret Service and is sent on missions all over the world. He has some expensive habits and is a womanizer, but his background is obscure. He was created by Ian Fleming, but several other authors have included him in their work; among them are Kingsley Amis, Jefferey Deaver and John Gardner.
