He was previously married to Gunilla; they have two children together. After a few years he marries Pia who is 20 years younger. He is a passionate hunter and eventually dies of a stroke.

Bjørn Beltø is just over 30 years old and is an albino, which means that he has poor vision and pale skin. He periodically suffers from anxiety, and then prefers to sit at home and listen to classical music.

Svend Foyn is divorced and has a teenaged daughter, loves music and books and easily becomes sentimental. His appearance is not particularly noticeable, but he is quite tall – more than 190 cm – and struggles to hold his weight under 90 kilos. His best female friend is Hulda – a Saint Bernhard dog.
